Mental Health First Responders
Introductory Workshop

This workshop provides a useful introduction to Mental Health First Responding and brings together key concepts around mental health, encouraging participants to reflect on the wider impact of both good and poor mental health. It also aims to demystify some of the most prevalent mental health conditions, particularly focusing on anxiety and depression. The workshop then focuses on how to recognize basic signs and symptoms of mental health distress and builds on this knowledge to introduce participants to important ways for supporting both themselves and others in their mental health and wellbeing journeys.

Who: Psychotherapist, Marguerite Kiely will deliver the two day workshop.

When: The workshop will take place on April 19th from 10:00-13:00. 

Where: Walkers, The Exchange, George's Dock, IFSC, Dublin 1.

Do I Need to Sign up? Yes. Places are limited so please register by completing the booking form below.
