Remote Specialist Support Sessions


One to one remote specialists support sessions are designed and intended to provide impacted individuals with a welcoming, safe and confidential space to reflect, share and gain greater understanding of the impact of recent changes on them. This will be quite informational in nature, professional will assist with normalizing the symptoms they may be experiencing, helping to encourage supportive self-care strategies, and indeed answering any questions employees may have about their own unique personal experiences.

Signposting to relevant supportive pathways can be provided if required. This service does not replace assessment and treatment available from your GP or other NHS services, or internal workplace support such as Dignity and Respect or Occupational Health services.


Who: Sue Christy will deliver the specialist sessions.

When: The sessions will take place from 09:00-17:00. The duration will be 45 mins.

August 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th

Where: Sessions will take place via Microsoft Teams.
