The Power Of Hope

When hard times come our way it’s natural that we may struggle and not know what to do or where to turn. Hope can show up in difficult times and keep us moving instead

of stuck in despair and provides us with the foundations for courage and confidence. It’s that conviction that you can make improvements in your life and persevere, without having to distort reality. This seminar will look at the science behind what hope is, and indeed what it isn’t and guide us through this most unusual of positive emotions and what we can do to build hope in our day to day lives.

The seminar recording will be available for all ESRI employees to watch from the 14th October and will remain available for 30 days.
