It is suggested that 32.7% of Irish adults do not get enough exercise. 28.3% of men are overly inactive rising to 37.1% per cent amongst women.
Exercise can benefit us physically and mentally. Regardless of what age you are, regular exercise and physical activity is the path to health and well-being. This webinar will discuss the many benefits to being active and why it’s something we should incorporate into our day.
