Seated Yoga
This class will involve seated yoga for the upper body, progressively building on movements, gently easing out and stretching muscles and fascia. We will be guided by the breath to bring focus while freeing up our joints and boosting blood flow. Multi-directional seated movements and sequences will be used to promote concentration and coordination and bring energy to the mind and body.

Classes will be held in the EP Atrium, 9th Floor Dining Suite.
Please note, if a time slot has already been booked you can click on “Wait” to sign up for a wait list for that particular time slot. Meaning that you have no booking but are on a waiting list for this time slot if there is a cancellation.
If there is a “Sold” button or blank space next to the time slot this means both the time slot and the wait list slot have been taken.
