Often when working shifts, it can impact our mood and our mental health if we don’t look after ourselves. It is important to realise that shift work can impact our health, but there is plenty you can do to combat that.
This webinar is for those who work shift patterns and want to educate themselves on the potential risks for their mental health, or if they are concerned for others. The webinar addresses managing sleep, managing stress, and creating a system that works for you, to tackle any issues that might present when working shift patterns.
