A Night Time Shift is no excuse for a Poor Diet

Working at night or doing shift work can have its pit falls, one of them being a bad diet involving foods such as fast food, snacks from local shops or vending machines.

If you eat right during your shift work hours then you can combat tiredness, weight issues and settle in to a healthy sleep cycle. We can equip you with the knowledge to help achieve this and keep living a healthy life and how those ideas can be introduced into an unconventional working day
