How To Be Happy
Everyone wants to be happy, we love the feeling when it’s there and miss it when it’s gone. Happiness is not something that people just have or don’t have, it can be something we can work on and promote. Happiness is something we all long for and is often associated with positive mental and physical health, and a longer life!
This webinar will address some of the day to day behaviours to help promote our happiness, as well as addressing how positivity and our thought processes impact happiness.
