Webex

Do you need an account to use WebEx?

A WebEx account is not required if you are strictly joining a WebEx Live Seminar, Workshop or Class as a participant.

How can I communicate with the presenter during the Live Seminar, Workshop or Class?

There are two options for attendees to ask questions: through the raise hand function and the chat/Q&A function. 

How can I ask questions during the Live Seminar, Workshop or Class?

Attendees can ask questions through the Q&A function. The presenter will address these questions throughout the presentation and at the end. 

How do I join the Live Seminar, Workshop, or Class?

You should have received an email from your employer that contains an eshot with the details of the event. Simply click on the button that states "Join Now" to attend the event on the day. You will need to enter the password for the event also, which is also located in the eshot sent by your employer.

What do I do if I am having difficulty joining a Live Seminar, Workshop , or Class?

If you are getting an error when trying to join in on a Live Seminar, Workshop, or Class, please contact your employer and they will reach out and get in touch with the Wellness Team. 

What do I do if I am having difficulty joining a 1 on 1 consultation?

If you are getting an error when trying to join your 1 on 1 consultation, please contact the Wellness Team directly and they will be able to assist you with resolving the issue. 

Zoom

Do you need an account to use Zoom?

A Zoom account is not required if you are strictly joining a Zoom Live Seminar, Workshop or Class as a participant.

Attendees can flag issues on their end by using the raise hand function or through the chat function.
