Support Sessions - EMEIS

One to one specialist support sessions are intended to provide individuals with a welcoming, safe, and confidential space to share and reflect in relation to matters which may be impacting mental wellbeing. The professional will assist the individual in exploring, normalising symptoms and help to encourage supportive self-care strategies.

Who: Sandra Sheridan will deliver the sessions.

When: The sessions will take place on August 17th and September 16th from 09:00-13:00. The duration of each appointment will be 50 mins. 

Where: The Address Hotel, Old Naas Road, Citywest, Dublin 22, D22 W580.
