We all experience periods of low mood, and times where we notice ourselves reacting emotionally. Join this session to explore how you can create more of a sense of balance in your day-to-day. We're joined by Jennifer Watson MSc, a Mental Health Promotion Manager: Jennifer has experience in Clinical Mental Health, Psychology and the science of habits. Jennifer will unpack how we can recognise our thinking patterns, reframe our thinking, and use habit-building and mindfulness to cultivate greater balance in our lives.
